The Women's Health Specialists of WTMA are pleased to offer 3D/4D ultrasound for our patients. The 3D images provide advanced ultrasound technology that is more life-like than ever before. It can help your doctors answer your questions, relieve your doubts, and assure that both mother and child are well taken care of. A DVD and CD-R are provided to our patients at no charge. These can be easily shared on the computer with family and friends.

We are also offering first trimester prenatal screening with nuchal translucency, free Beta, PAPP-A with 11-13 week ultrasound examination. We are the ONLY facility in the San Angelo area to offer this screening. This is the earliest, safest and most accurate prenatal screening test to identify pregnancies at increased risk of having certain birth defects, such as Down's syndrome, instead of amniocentesis. The dried blood test measures placental proteins and the ultrasound measures fluid on the back of the baby's neck called the nuchal translucency.
