At WTMA, you’re never a number — you’re my patient! West Texas Medical Associates is pleased to announce that Rebecca S. Crenshaw, MD and staff will be joining WTMA in January 2008. Dr. Crenshaw will be relocating her practice to the second floor of the main building of WTMA at 3555 Knickerbocker Road. Dr. Crenshaw will begin seeing patients at WTMA in January 2008.
Dr. Crenshaw graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed her residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Neurology. Dr. Crenshaw is a longtime resident of the San Angelo community. She enjoys wind surfing, skeet shooting, golfing and bicycling in her spare time.
As an established patient with Dr. Crenshaw, you will be able to continue using her services at WTMA. Dr. Crenshaw welcomes new and returning patients to her practice. As a physician with WTMA, Dr. Crenshaw will utilize both San Angelo Community Medical Center and Shannon Medical Center. If you have not completed a medical records release to have your records transferred from Community Medical Associates to WTMA, please go by CMA and sign the proper release so they may send your records to Dr. Crenshaw.
