Certified Medical Assistant
Seeking an outstanding motivated Medical Assistant to work in our busy practice. This individual must be organized, efficient, willing to learn and work in a busy fast-paced environment. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for basic nursing duties such as taking vitals, administering medications and injections, assisting the provider with procedures and examinations, returning patient phone calls, refilling medications, and managing the provider's schedule. Current and valid Medical Assistant and CPR certifications are required. (Mon-Friday, 8am-5pm).
LVN (Allergy Lab)
Seeking a dynamic LVN to work full-time in our busy Allergy Lab. This individual will work closely with the ENT Department to provide testing and treatment of allergies to patients. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with and relate to all age groups, and an efficient multi-tasker. A current and valid LVN license and CPR certification are required. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (rotating early/late shifts required on Mondays & Thursdays).
Seeking an outstanding LVN to work full-time in our busy Podiatry practice. This position requires someone who is organized, efficient, flexible, and willing to learn. This individual will refill medications, room patients, assist with in-office surgical procedures, submit for prior authorization on procedures, and answer patients with questions or concerns. Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records, office-based surgical procedures, and/or Podiatry is a plus. (Monday- Thursday 8-5pm, Friday 8-12pm)
Receptionist (Family Practice)
Seeking a motivated and customer-service oriented individual to work as Receptionist in our busy Family Practice Department. This individual must be organized, efficient, and an excellent communicator. Previous experience in the medical field is a plus. This individual will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing referrals, answering phones and directing messages, and coordinating incoming medical records. This individual must be flexible, upbeat, positive, and have a strong attention to detail. (Monday-Thursday, 8-5pm, Friday 8-12).
