Customer Service Representative (Customer Service) 

Seeking a personable and attentive Customer Service Representative to work in our busy Customer Service Department. This individual will be responsible for researching and updating insurance policy information for patients, answering patient questions regarding statements and amounts owed, collecting payments, and assisting patients with the registration process. This individual must have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to work well independently and in the team environment, and a strong attention-to-details. (Monday-Thursday, 7:40 am -5 pm, Friday, 7:40 am-12pm). 

 

LVN or Medical Assistant (Float Pool)

Seeking a personable and organized nurse to work full-time in our busy Practice. This individual must have excellent communication, patient care, and organization skills along with a strong attention-to-detail, the ability to work independently and in the team environment. This individual will be responsible for rooming patients, obtaining the history, physical, and vitals, refilling medications, assisting with procedures and examinations, administering immunizations and injections, along with proper documentation and billing, among various other duties. Current and valid LVN License or MA Certification and CPR Certification are required. (Monday-Thursday, 8am- 5pm, Friday 8am-12pm). 

 

Patient Accounts Representative (Customer Service)

Seeking an organized and efficient Patient Accounts Representative to work full-time in our busy Customer Service Department. This individual will be responsible for obtaining authorization for medical procedures and surgeries by working closely with physicians, office staff, and insurance companies, and contacting patients with estimated costs and establishing payment arrangements.  This individual must have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to work well independently and in the team environment, and strong attention-to-details, and organization skills. Previous Medical Insurance experience including Billing and/or Medical Terminology is a plus. (Monday- Thursday, 8am- 5pm, Friday, 8am-12pm).
