West Texas Medical Associates is pleased to help patients file insurance claims. If you are unsure if your plan will cover your medical services, contact your insurance company. In order to expedite payment from your insurance company, you will need to provide proof of insurance coverage, such as your current insurance card. You will be asked to pay only amounts not covered by your insurance (such as deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance). These fees will be collected at the time you register. Medicare recipients who have supplemental insurance must provide complete information about their secondary coverage if they wish to have the clinic file claims.
Please note--
If your insurance requires that you have a referral from your primary healthcare provider, it is YOUR responsibility to see that it is obtained.
